The short answer
Every project follows the same four steps, with a fixed price agreed before work starts. Before a page goes live we check it on a phone, check its markup and links, and check how fast it loads. Our speed target is a PageSpeed Insights score of 95 or higher, and we only quote a score once we have measured it.
How does a project run?
- Talk. A WhatsApp or phone conversation about what the site must do, who it is for and what already exists. No forms.
- Plan. We agree the pages and a fixed price in writing before work starts. If the scope changes, we say so before spending your money.
- Build. You see progress as we go, not only at the end. Copy is written to sound like your business, not like a template.
- Launch. The site goes live with admin access handed to you. A care plan is optional and priced separately.
Prices are on the pricing page and are the same wherever you are. The website design page shows the same four steps.
What do we check before a page goes live?
- Phone first. The layout works at 375 pixels wide, with no sideways scroll and tap targets big enough for a thumb.
- One clear heading. Each page has one main heading, a title and a description written for the page, not copied from another.
- Structured data. The markup that tells search engines who you are and what a page is about is valid, and matches the text people can see.
- Links and images. No broken links, images sized for the screen and described for people who cannot see them.
- Safe by default. The site is served over HTTPS with standard security headers, and admin access goes only to you.
- Words that read like a person wrote them. We follow a plain-language style guide, and we do not stuff pages with keywords.
What is our speed target?
We aim for a PageSpeed Insights score of 95 or higher. That is a target, not a promise, and a score depends on the page, the images and the device. We run the test, publish the number we measure, and fix what slows a page down. If a page is below 95 we say so. Our guide on why sites feel slow for Indian visitors explains what usually causes it.
What do we never promise?
- A Google ranking or a number of visitors. Search results depend on factors we do not control.
- Fake reviews, bought links or copied content. They put your business at risk.
- Results we have not measured. When we show a number on a case study, it comes from the client's own data.
Who owns the site afterwards?
You do. The site goes live with admin access handed to you, and your domain stays in your name. We explain why this matters in who owns your website.
Who does the work?
Mithru Rachamalla runs every project. You message the person who builds your site, not an account manager. His background is on the founder page, and you can see finished projects on the work page.
Common questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, and we agree the timeline with the price before work starts. Our published packages show the typical pages and delivery for each.
What score do you aim for on PageSpeed Insights?
A score of 95 or higher. It is a target, and we publish the score we actually measure for a page rather than quoting a number in advance.
Will you guarantee a Google ranking?
No. Nobody can, and a promise of one is a warning sign. We improve the things within our control: speed, structure, content and your Google Business Profile.
Do I own the website you build?
Yes. We hand over admin access when the site goes live, and your domain stays registered in your name.
Can I talk to the person doing the work?
Yes. Mithru Rachamalla runs every project, and you reach him on WhatsApp or by phone.
