How is custom application development different from a web app?
There's a lot of overlap. Custom Application Development covers software built around one business process, including internal tools and systems that connect to what you already use. Web app development covers browser-based products, often customer-facing, such as bookings or portals. We scope the requirement and tell you which one it is.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need?
That's normal, and it's what the scoping stage is for. We work through what happens in your process today before writing any code. Often the outcome is a smaller, cheaper build than the one you imagined, or a recommendation to use an existing tool.
Do I own the source code?
Yes. You get the source code and ownership. You aren't dependent on us to keep running software your business relies on.

Why does a custom application cost more than a website?
Because it's a different kind of work. A website presents information. An application has logic, data, states and edge cases that all have to be designed, built and tested. If your requirement is really presentation, a ₹12,999 site is the honest recommendation, and we'll make it.
