Website Maintenance is an ongoing plan covering core, plugin and theme updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and a person you can message when something needs fixing. Plans start at ₹2,449 a month if you keep your own hosting, or ₹3,199 a month with hosting included, and every plan detail is published on our pricing page, not hidden behind a sales call. We support clients in Hyderabad, across India and internationally.
Each of those problems is small, and none of them announces itself. Maintenance is someone watching on your behalf, so the first you hear about a problem isn't from a customer who couldn't reach your site.

Take stock
We check what's there: the WordPress version, the plugins, the backup situation, and whether the site is already compromised. If something needs fixing before ongoing care makes sense, we tell you.

Set up monitoring
We set up and test the backups, switch on uptime monitoring and apply security hardening. A backup nobody has ever restored from isn't a backup.

Maintain
We apply core, plugin and theme updates and check them afterwards, instead of auto-updating blindly. The update that breaks your site is usually the one nobody watched. Uptime and security monitoring run alongside.

Stay reachable
When something needs doing, you message us directly on WhatsApp. Replies usually land within 2 minutes to 6 hours, not the 24 to 48 hours common with ticket-based support.
Fit
Who this is for, and who it isn't
This suits any business whose website matters to it but has nobody responsible for it, which is most small businesses. It applies whether or not we built the site. Taking over someone else's build is normal, and we'll tell you honestly what state it's in first.
It's not the right purchase if your site is already badly broken or compromised, because maintenance keeps a working site working. Fix it first, with malware removal if it's been hacked or a redesign and optimization pass if it's slow and dated, then put it on a plan.

What it costs
There are four plans. On your own hosting: Basic Care ₹2,449 a month and Complete Care ₹3,699 a month. With hosting included: Basic Care ₹3,199 a month and Complete Care ₹4,399 a month. Hosting Included suits small, low-traffic sites up to about 10,000 visitors a month. If you outgrow that, we'll tell you and help you move to your own hosting free of charge.
Bigger one-off problems are priced separately, so you're never forced into a subscription to solve a single issue: a critical bug fix from ₹2,999, speed optimization ₹6,999 and malware cleanup from ₹18,999. What each plan includes, line by line, is on the pricing page.

What's included in a website maintenance plan?
Core, plugin and theme updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring, and technical fixes. The exact tiers, and what's in each, are listed on our pricing page.
What's the difference between Basic Care and Complete Care?
Complete Care adds more hands-on work, including content updates done for you. The full line-by-line comparison of all four plans is on the pricing page, since it's the sort of thing worth reading in full rather than summarising.
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Yes, and that's common. We check the current state first and tell you honestly whether anything needs fixing before ongoing care makes sense. We won't start charging monthly for a site that has a problem the plan doesn't cover.
Do you auto-update plugins?
Not blindly. We apply updates and then check them, because the plugin update that breaks a site is almost always the one nobody looked at afterwards. That checking is most of what you're paying for.
What if my site needs a bigger fix mid-plan?
We tell you upfront if something falls outside the plan, such as a major redesign or a custom feature, and quote it separately before doing any work.
Is website maintenance only for WordPress sites?
Our plans are built around WordPress. If you're on a different platform, tell us and we'll confirm what we can support.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
Yes. Plans are monthly, not annual lock-ins, and the site stays yours throughout. You keep WordPress admin access the whole time you're on a plan.
