Website Maintenance is an ongoing plan covering core, plugin and theme updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and a real person to reach when something needs fixing. Plans start at ₹2,449 a month if you keep your own hosting, or ₹3,199 a month with hosting included, and every plan detail is published on our pricing page rather than hidden behind a sales call. We support clients in Hyderabad, across India, and internationally.

Take stock
We check what's currently there — WordPress version, plugins, backup situation, whether the site is already compromised — and tell you if anything needs fixing before ongoing care makes sense.

Set up monitoring
Backups configured and tested, uptime monitoring switched on, and security hardening applied. A backup nobody has ever restored from is not a backup.

Core, plugin and theme updates applied and checked, not blindly auto-updated, because the update that breaks your site is usually the one nobody watched. Plus ongoing uptime and security monitoring.

When something needs doing you message us directly on WhatsApp. Real replies typically land within 2 minutes to 6 hours, rather than the 24 to 48 hours common with ticket-based support.
Fit
Who this is for, and who it isn't
This suits any business whose website matters to it but who has nobody responsible for it — which is most small businesses. It applies whether or not we built the site: taking over someone else's build is normal, and we'll tell you honestly what state it's in first.
It's not the right purchase if your site is already badly broken or compromised, because maintenance is about keeping a working site working. Fix it first — malware removal if it's been hacked, a redesign and optimization pass if it's slow and dated — then put it on a plan.

What it costs
There are four plans. On your own hosting: Basic Care ₹2,449 a month, Complete Care ₹3,699 a month. With hosting included: Basic Care ₹3,199 a month, Complete Care ₹4,399 a month. Hosting Included suits small, low-traffic sites up to about 10,000 visitors a month; if you outgrow that we'll tell you and help you move to your own hosting free of charge.
Bigger one-off problems are priced separately so you're never forced into a subscription to solve a single issue — a critical bug fix from ₹2,999, speed optimization ₹6,999, malware cleanup from ₹18,999. What each plan includes, line by line, is on the pricing page.

Common questions
What's actually included in a maintenance plan?
Core/plugin/theme updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring, and technical fixes. Exact tiers and what's in each are listed on our pricing page.
What if my site needs a bigger fix mid-plan?
We'll tell you upfront if something falls outside the plan, like a major redesign or custom feature, and quote that separately before doing any work.
Can I start maintenance without you having built my site?
Yes. We'll do a quick review of the existing site first so we know what we're maintaining.
Is this only for WordPress?
Our maintenance plans are built around WordPress specifically. If you're on a different platform, tell us and we'll confirm what we can support.
Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes, that's common. We check the current state first and tell you honestly whether anything needs fixing before ongoing care makes sense. We won't quietly start charging monthly for a site that has a problem the plan doesn't cover.
What's the difference between Basic and Complete Care?
Complete Care adds more hands-on work, including content updates done for you. The full line-by-line comparison for all four plans is on the pricing page, since that's the sort of thing worth reading rather than summarising.
Do you auto-update plugins?
Not blindly. Updates are applied and then checked, because the plugin update that breaks a site is invariably the one nobody looked at afterward. That checking step is most of what you're actually paying for.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly, not annual lock-ins, and the site remains yours throughout — you keep WordPress admin access the whole time you're on a plan.
