Online store and WooCommerce setup, ready to sell

An online store is more than a product page and a buy button. Payments, shipping, taxes, and checkout all have to work together, or it costs you sales silently.

Online Store & WooCommerce Setup covers building your store on WordPress with WooCommerce: product and catalogue setup, payment gateway integration such as Razorpay, and a checkout flow tested end to end before it goes live. A complete store is ₹24,999 one-time, published on our pricing page, covering up to 5 pages excluding product pages. We build from Hyderabad for businesses across India.

An online store is more than a product page and a buy button. Payments, shipping rules, taxes and checkout all have to work together, and when they don't, it costs you sales silently — a customer who hits a broken checkout doesn't email to tell you, they just leave. That's why the checkout gets tested with real transactions before launch rather than after.

What's included

Everything included

Full store setup

Products, categories, and catalog structured properly from day one, not bolted on later.

Payment gateway integration

Real payment processing set up and tested, the same kind we've built for existing clients.

Checkout that's been tested

The full purchase flow verified end to end before launch, not assumed to work.

Built to be managed

Structured so you (or we, via a maintenance plan) can actually update products without breaking things.

How it works

From first message to live

Getting a store live without discovering problems from your customers.

  1. 01

    Talk

What you're selling, how many products, how you want to handle shipping and returns, and which payment methods your customers actually use.

  2. 02

    Plan

We agree the catalogue structure, the page list and a fixed price. Product count and shipping complexity are what usually move the number, and we tell you that upfront.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Store, products, payment gateway and shipping rules built, then the whole checkout run end to end with real test transactions — including the failure cases, because a payment that fails badly loses the customer permanently.

  4. 04

    Launch and manage

We put it live and hand over admin access so you can add products yourself. Ongoing updates, backups and support are available on a care plan.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't

This suits businesses selling a manageable catalogue of physical or digital products who want to own their store rather than rent it, and who want the flexibility to change how it works later. WooCommerce sits on top of WordPress, so the store and the rest of your site are one thing you control, not two subscriptions that have to be made to talk to each other.

It's a poor fit for a multi-vendor marketplace with many independent sellers, or for a catalogue in the tens of thousands of products — both are really applications, closer to custom application development. If you just need a site that presents your business without selling online, a standard website build is cheaper and simpler.

Cost

What it costs

A complete WooCommerce store is ₹24,999 one-time. That covers up to 5 pages excluding product pages, payment gateway integration, mobile-responsive design, contact form and WhatsApp integration, on-page SEO setup, analytics, Cloudflare, and one month of Complete Care with hosting included.

After that first free month, ongoing care runs from ₹2,449 a month, which for a store is worth taking seriously — an unattended store is one expired certificate away from refusing payments. Everything is listed on the pricing page, and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies here too.

Questions

Common questions

Why WooCommerce instead of Shopify or another platform?

WooCommerce fits well when you want the store integrated into a broader WordPress site we're already managing for you. For a store-only business, a different platform might suit better, we'll give you an honest recommendation.

Which payment gateways do you support?

Razorpay is common for Indian businesses, and we've integrated it before. Tell us your preferred gateway and we'll confirm support.

Can you migrate my existing store to WooCommerce?

Yes, see Website Migration for how we handle moving an existing store without losing orders or products.

Do you handle ongoing store maintenance too?

Yes, that can be part of a Website Maintenance plan, product updates and technical upkeep included.

How many products can I have?

The package covers up to 5 pages excluding product pages, so the product count itself is flexible. Very large catalogues need more setup work and get quoted separately — tell us roughly how many products and we'll say straight away whether it fits the standard price.

Can I add products myself afterwards?

Yes. You get full WordPress and WooCommerce admin access, and adding or editing products is designed to be something you do without us. If you'd rather not, product updates can be handled under a care plan.

What about GST, shipping and taxes?

Tax and shipping rules are configured as part of the setup based on how your business actually operates. We'll ask what you need during planning rather than guessing and leaving you to discover it at the first order.

Do you handle the store after launch?

Yes, on a care plan — updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring. Stores need this more than brochure sites do, because a broken store loses money for every hour it stays broken.

Ready to sell online properly?

No forms, no sign-up. Just a direct conversation about what your business actually needs.
