About The Geeks Room
The Geeks Room is a small, hands-on digital presence partner that's part of ArtoonsInn. We work with startups and small businesses across India, and we're built around one idea: you shouldn't have to become technical to get a website, SEO and tools that work. It started as one of ArtoonsInn's community rooms, alongside the Writers Room and Room9 Publications.
How we operate
How we work with every client
Every project runs on the same three commitments, whatever its size or budget.
Direct communication
You talk to the person doing the work, on WhatsApp, a call or email. There's no ticket queue and no account manager passing messages along.
Flexible with change requests
Projects rarely go exactly as first scoped. We'd rather work through the changes with you than bill for every one.
A relationship, not a one-time build
Most engagements continue after launch with hosting, updates and support, so the relationship doesn't end when the invoice is paid.

Mithru founded The Geeks Room to give startups and small businesses a straightforward way to get online, and to keep looking after it afterwards. He works directly with clients, not through layers of account managers. That's why client feedback keeps mentioning how involved and responsive he is throughout a project, not just at the start.
