Inventory
Before anything moves we record what exists: every URL, the DNS and mail records, forms, integrations, certificates and analytics. Most migration disasters are something nobody wrote down beforehand.

Stage
The site is built and tested on the new host while the old one stays live and untouched. You get to look at the real thing on the new setup before any switch happens.

Cut over
DNS is switched on a planned schedule with mail records handled separately, so email keeps working through the move. Redirects are mapped in advance, not written afterward.

Verify
Afterwards we check the things that fail quietly: forms actually sending, certificates valid, redirects resolving, analytics still recording, and search indexing intact.

Genuinely large or complex migrations — big stores mid-trading, sites with heavy custom integrations — are quoted separately rather than squeezed into the standard price, and we will tell you that upfront. If the site being moved is slow or dated, it is often worth pairing the move with a redesign and optimization pass rather than carefully relocating the same problems.

A standard WordPress migration starts at ₹4,999. If your site is already on one of our care plans, it is a flat ₹1,999 instead. Larger or more complex migrations are quoted separately, with the number agreed before work begins.
Care plans themselves start at ₹2,449 a month, which is worth knowing if the reason you are migrating is that nobody has been looking after the site. Everything is listed on the pricing page.

Will my site go down during the migration?
We stage the move specifically to avoid this. The old site stays live until the new one is verified working.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if redirects and URL structure are handled correctly, which is the main thing we're protecting during any migration.
What platforms do you migrate from and to?
Most common host-to-host and platform-to-platform moves, including onto the static, high-speed setup we build for clients now. Tell us your specific situation and we'll confirm.
What about my email during the move?
Email migration and verification is part of the checklist. It's one of the most common things that silently breaks in a do-it-yourself migration.
Will my site go offline during the move?
That's what the staged cutover is designed to prevent. The new setup is fully built and tested while the old site stays live, and DNS is switched on a planned schedule rather than mid-rebuild. Brief propagation differences can occur, but visitors continue to reach a working site throughout.
What happens to my email during a domain move?
Mail records are handled deliberately and separately from the website records, because moving DNS carelessly is the classic way businesses lose email for a day. We record what exists before touching anything.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if URLs are mapped and redirected properly, which is a core part of the job rather than an afterthought. Ranking losses in migrations almost always trace back to URLs that changed without a redirect.
Can you move a site I don't have logins for?
Often, yes — it depends on what access can be recovered through the domain registrar or host. Tell us the situation and we'll say honestly whether it's workable before you commit.
