The short answer
Agencies publish anything from ₹9,999 to ₹2,50,000 for a clinic website, and the gap is mostly pages and booking. A one-doctor profile site is listed under ₹20,000, a multi-page clinic site at ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 and a clinic site with online booking at ₹35,000 to ₹80,000. Hyderabad agencies list small business sites at ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000.
The Geeks Room's published prices are ₹12,999, ₹23,999 and ₹64,000, and each falls inside a listed band. Before you pay anyone, read the National Medical Commission's advertising guidelines of 6 October 2026. They rule out several things clinic sites used to carry, such as patient testimonials and before-and-after photos.
What do agencies publish for a clinic website?
These are the prices each company shows on its own page, copied on 21 October 2026. They are marketing pages, not surveys, so read them as asking prices.
| Listed by | What the price is for | Listed price | Date on the page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tvisha (Hyderabad) | Small business website, 5 to 10 pages, CMS and basic SEO | ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000 | Updated 15 Oct 2026 |
| Codingclave | Business website, 5 to 10 pages; WordPress website; landing page | ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000; ₹17,500 to ₹60,000; ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 | Pricing marked 2026 |
| PRED Solutions (Bengaluru) | Doctor profile site; multi-page clinic site; clinic site with online booking; hospital site | ₹9,999 to ₹20,000; ₹20,000 to ₹50,000; ₹35,000 to ₹80,000; ₹80,000 to ₹3,00,000+ | Page marked 2026 |
| ColorWhistle (Coimbatore) | Clinic website estimate; its fixed-scope clinic package | ₹90,000 to ₹2,50,000; ₹1,60,000 | Page marked 2026 |
Two jumps stand out. A profile site for one doctor is listed under ₹20,000. The price moves to ₹35,000 and above when online booking arrives, and to ₹90,000 and above when an agency scopes custom design and integrations.
What do agencies list for upkeep?
| Listed by | What the price is for | Listed price |
|---|---|---|
| Codingclave | Ongoing maintenance plans after launch | ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 a month, and ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 for most businesses |

Where do The Geeks Room's prices sit?
| Our package | Price | Closest listed bands | What differs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing Page | ₹12,999 | Landing page ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 (Codingclave); doctor profile site ₹9,999 to ₹20,000 (PRED) | One page with a form and a WhatsApp button |
| Business Website | ₹23,999, extra pages ₹3,600 each | Multi-page clinic site ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 (PRED); WordPress website ₹17,500 to ₹60,000 (Codingclave) | Up to 5 pages with a blog. Tvisha's 5 to 10 page band starts at ₹25,000 |

All three prices fall inside a listed band, and the bands are not like for like. Ours are WordPress sites with hand-coded pages and a fixed page count. Several listed ranges include custom design or integrations that we would quote separately. If you want appointment slots tied to each doctor's calendar, that is a web app, and web apps start at ₹74,999.
What pushes a clinic site's price up?
Number of pages
One page per doctor and per treatment adds up. A five-page site covers home, doctor, treatments, contact and a blog. Each extra page on our business website is ₹3,600.
Booking
A form or a WhatsApp button is cheap. Slots tied to each doctor's calendar are software, and they are priced as software.
Who writes the text
Medical copy needs the doctor's approval line by line. Plan for their time as well as ours.
Monthly care
Updates, backups and security checks need an owner. Our plans start at ₹2,449 a month.
What do the NMC's new advertising guidelines mean for a clinic site?
On 6 October 2026 the National Medical Commission's Ethics and Medical Registration Board issued guidelines on ethical advertising and public communication for doctors and hospitals, in force with immediate effect. We read Medical Dialogues' report of the notice and its summary of the text. The full guidelines are linked there.
What a clinic site can carry
- The clinic's name, contact details, departments, facilities, emergency services, accreditation and fees, stated as facts
- A directory of doctors with names, recognised qualifications, specialties, registration details and availability
- Health education material without guarantees or claims of superiority
- Formal announcements such as starting practice, a change of address or a temporary absence
What the guidelines rule out
- Patient testimonials and endorsements, even with the patient's consent
- Before-and-after photos and advertised surgical results
- Claims such as "best doctor", "No.1 specialist", "100% success" or "guaranteed cure"
- Fake or bought reviews, and manipulating search rankings
- AI-made patient images, testimonials or outcomes
Two lines matter to anyone who builds or markets a clinic site. Publishing through an agency does not take the responsibility off the doctor or the clinic. And an agency cannot be paid per patient or per lead.
The same text points to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its 2025 Rules for advertising that uses personal data, which matters if your site collects enquiries.
Here is what we would do with this. Leave out testimonials and before-and-after galleries, keep claims factual, and have the doctor sign off every medical line. That is a reading of a news report, not legal advice. The guidelines bind doctors and clinics, so check the original notice, or your state medical council, before you publish. We have not checked any clinic's site against them.
How do you compare two quotes for a clinic website?
- The page listAsk each agency to write the pages down. A quote for five pages and a quote for ten are different products.
- The domainMake sure the domain is registered in the clinic's name. Our guide on who owns your website shows how to check.
- The monthly feeAsk what it covers and what costs extra, such as content changes or restoring a backup.
- BookingAsk whether it is a form, a WhatsApp button or software with slots.
- The medical textAsk who writes it and who checks it against the NMC guidelines.
- How you payA fee per patient or per lead is ruled out by the NMC guidelines. A fixed price is not.
Common questions
How much does a clinic website cost in Hyderabad?
It depends mostly on pages and booking. Agencies list a one-doctor profile site at ₹9,999 to ₹20,000, a multi-page clinic site at ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 and a clinic site with online booking at ₹35,000 to ₹80,000. Tvisha, a Hyderabad agency, lists small business sites at ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000. The Geeks Room publishes ₹12,999, ₹23,999 and ₹64,000 on its pricing page.
Is ₹25,000 enough for a clinic website?
For a few pages, yes. Listed prices for a multi-page clinic site start at ₹20,000 and for a small business site at ₹25,000. Online booking with doctor calendars pushes the price higher, and so does custom design. Ask for the page list in writing so you can compare quotes.
Can a clinic show patient testimonials or reviews on its website?
As reported, the National Medical Commission's guidelines of 6 October 2026 rule out promotional patient testimonials and endorsements, even with the patient's consent, and fake or bought reviews. Read the original notice or ask your state medical council before you publish anything.
Do I need a Hyderabad agency to rank in Hyderabad?
No. Google says local results rest on relevance, distance and prominence, and those belong to the clinic's own Google Business Profile and address. The Geeks Room sets up the profile and the website over WhatsApp and calls.
What does website maintenance cost for a clinic in India?
Codingclave lists maintenance at ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 a month, and Noir & Blanco lists basic plans at ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 a month. The Geeks Room's care plans run from ₹2,449 to ₹4,399 a month depending on the plan and who hosts the site. The website maintenance page lists each plan.
How we collected these prices
We copied the figures from each page on 21 October 2026. Listed prices change, so open the page before you rely on one, and none of them is a quote for your clinic. Companies that did not state what a price covers, such as marketplace listings, are left out. The sources:
